We had an amazing experience selling our home with Jose Luis Morales and his team from the Morales Group. He is truthful, compassionate and conscientious and really wants to help you get your home sold. He sat down with us and frankly but kindly discussed the pros and cons of several options he offered, from buying our house as is, to assisting with updates and putting it back on the market. Every home selling situation is different and he had answers or recommendations for all of our specific needs. He even had people who removed our old dated furniture and other items off site to either donate or junk as appropriate. Then his stager made our home look simply gorgeous! Immediately upon entering you were greeted with elegant stylish furnishings which also felt warm, welcoming and comfortable. His photographer did a great job! And remember, your first showing is on-line! Everything came together so fast, we received 8 offers in 8 days after listing and with his great negotiation skills, received well over asking price and covering over double the cost of our updates! Jose Luiz is absolutely incredible! His intelligence, business acumen and strategic thinking allowed us to sell and close on selling on a property that we could not do before with a previous agent and months on the market. Immediately upon accepting the listing Jose Luiz put together an incredible plan to stage, photograph and listing the property. He was able to get us the price that we wanted in no time! Yet when things went wrong because of a mistake that we made about the size of the ADU, Luiz immediately came up with a brilliant plan on how to resolve the issue. We had almost given up on the sale but Jose encouraged us to trust him to get it done. Trusting Jose was the best thing that we ever did and he is going to be our agent for life!

A Lifeline When We Needed It Most…I'm not one for writing reviews (honestly, who has the time?), but what Jose, Jamie, and Marisol did for our family deserves to be shouted from the rooftops.When Grandma's house burned down, we were absolutely crushed. Talk about being thrown into the deep end - we had no clue where to start, what to do, or who to turn to. The whole situation felt like a bad dream we couldn't wake up from.From day one, these three were just... different. They didn't treat us like another commission check. They actually gave a damn. Jose would call just to check in. Jamie remembered every little detail about what Grandma wanted in her new place. Marisol somehow made paperwork feel less soul-crushing (miracle worker, that one).Long story short - they found Grandma a place that honestly makes her old house look like a downgrade. But here's the thing that still gets me: in an industry full of sharks, these folks are genuinely good people.
