It’s clear with Jared’s rating that he has consistently brought professionalism, competence and enthusiasm into many people’s lives. If a can just pile on for a moment, I’d just like to share that I’ve been in multiple transactions with Jared and never had I had the intuitive, energetic and comprehensive treatment such as what Team West has exemplified over the past year or so. I first met Jared by chance over 15 years ago and I knew then that he was a star. Jared is unbelievably knowledgeable about the market and always has current information. Very accommodating and extremely great to work with... absolutely reduces the anxiety of the purchasing a home process. You definitely want to work with Jared. He has my business for life. I would have to say Jared West has been outstanding!! I happen to find a home that has come with some special accommodations/circumstances and Jared has worked with the situation like a pro. He has worked with me in finding a house I want in my price range since the beginning of the year. I found him randomly online via REDFIN and I couldn't be more pleased. (If only online dating were this easy.) He has given me good, solid advice and has been available as much as possible, when I really needed him. He is a well seasoned realtor, like a dutch oven, that has lots of experience and very knowledgeable. Thus, he gets the job done. I would recommend him to my family and friends without reservation.

I would highly recommend Jared to any person looking for their new home. We had an excellent experience working with Jared beginning to end. He was always very prompt to answer all our questions, finding all the information we needed before making our purchase decision, understood wheat we were looking for, and was very nice and honest throughout. I WAS LOOKING FOR AN 3 BEDROOM 2 BATH HOME IS THE AUSTIN TEXAS AREA. HE FOUND THE RIGHT HOUSE IN THE RIGHT AREA AT A PRICE I COULD AFFORD. HE SET ME UP WITH A LENDER AND 30 DAYS LATER AFTER I SELECTED THE HOUSE I WAS MOVING IN. GREAT SALES EXPERIENCE.
