We had an amazing experience working with Tanya Kerr and her team to sell our duplex in Leander, TX. After speaking with five different realtors, Tanya immediately stood out as the best fit for us. We just closed on our house. Choosing Tanya Kerr and her team was the best decision we made. Like everybody, I had a long list of realtors to choose from. I did my research and what I saw about Tanya led me to call her, even though I personally know some realtors. Her demonstrated experience in my suburban area was a key factor. From the initial contact to the closing and all activities in between, everything was as professional, competent, and problem- and stress-free as I imagined in my most hopeful dreams. As an expert in social science research, I was fascinated by the logic and the methodology with which she arrived at the asking price she recommended. She and her team also guided us through the process of staging the house for showing. The result: in less than 48 hours of officially putting thew house on the market it was sold for the asking price. Tanya and her team were always a phone call or email away and they responded immediately and effectively. Tanya and the whole T. Kerr property group were AMAZING to work with. My husband and I were selling our third home, and this is by far the best real estate agency we have ever worked with. We were in a unique situation as we needed to sell our home quickly due to a work relocation, and Tanya accommodated us every step of the way from advising on our best market strategy, to assisting with staging and decor advice. Tanya knew exactly how to price and represent our home for the Georgetown market to maximize our return and ensure a quick transaction. We followed her advice and sold our home in less than TWO days for 100% of asking price, which is unheard of in this market. Tanya had personally found a buyer to refer from our network of agents and negotiated for us to get full price. She is an absolute pro and expert, and even after the offer she and the team made everything positively seamless for us; going so far as to help us coordinate with vendors for a few repairs requested after inspection since we had already moved.
