Our experience with Ross as our real estate agent was fantastic! Right from the get-go, Ross was super proactive, always checking in on us through texts and calls. His guidance made buying our home smoother, especially since we were pretty nervous!Ross really helped us out, even when we bombarded him with MANY questions during the approval process. His knowledge of the real estate world was awesome, and he made sure we were in the loop every step of the way.Ross also worked seamlessly with the sales agent, making everything run like clockwork. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and happy with everything, even after we moved in.Honestly, we can’t recommend Ross enough to anyone looking for an awesome real estate agent. We could not have had a better experience, purchasing our new home in Georgetown. Ross and Tosha worked very hard, helping us find a home that met are very particular requirements traipsing all over the countryside in Williamson County. Ross did a spectacular job negotiating to get the best possible price for our home. Ross and his team were extremely helpful working through all the crazy closing challenges we had through the process. You will not find a better real estate team in the Austin area. They are extremely professional, and more importantly, when we were done, we felt like friends.

The sale was quick and closing went smoothly. This is the second property Ross has successfully sold for us. Compass was able to connect with buyers nationally and get top dollar for our properties. They also provided detailed advice on staging and their professional photographer took outstanding photos. Don’t be fooled by discount real estate companies. The value added by Compass Realty and the team at Speed & Neuren Group makes them a superior choice.

Ross has helped us buy and sell two houses. He’s great, his staff is the best. We had issues with mortgage company thatRoss was able to resolve. He had the house staged properly so we had over 20 offers on the first weekend, over listing price. He gave us a spreadsheet with the pros and cons of the offers. Hopefully we won’t move again, but if we do rest assured Ross will be our agent.

I cannot speak highly enough about Ross and his team! As first time home buyers in a competitive market, we had concerns about getting into our dream home. On top of that, we were going to be moving from out of state during a pandemic and realized we may have to start making offers without ever seeing the houses in person. This seemed like an impossible task- until we spoke to Ross. He made the whole process so easy! I was blown away by his and his teams professionalism, amazing communication, and their ability to work seamlessly with us from several states away. Long story short, Ross got us our dream home (the first and only offer we had to make) and made it seem effortless. And on top of that, he worked with my mom at the same time (also moving from out of state) and was able to get her into a place she absolutely loves! This team is incredible, and we are so grateful to have been able to work with them.

We have used Ross on multiple occasions buying and selling. I kid you not when I say his last name is very fitting. Quickest realtor to date in my personal experience on executing contracts and has always provided a smooth transaction. This guy really goes above and beyond!
