Greg did an outstanding job working with a very fussy tenant to get the buyers in show the property walk-throughs checks on repairs documents taken care of in a very timely fashion. Super easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Recommend him to anyone who wants to get their real estate deal closed??

Greg helped us sell a ‘second home’ condo in downtown Asheville. He projected the length of time for the transaction as well as the price point very closely, and clearly has an excellent handle on the market. He also worked to coordinate some required repairs and inspections for us while we were out of state. We would highly recommend Greg for your real estate needs in and around Asheville.
