Ian was friendly, informative, accommodating, trustworthy, and helped me come up with a buy real quick. Highly recommend. He is very knowledgeable about points of interest regarding quality of the house. He makes time for you when you need to talk or see the house, even after it’s already bought. Great guy. Houses he suggested were very good and did virtually all the work. Would go with him again.

We have just finished the purchase of our new home here in Hendersonville and we could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism provided by Ian and Kelsey Clark. Despite current market conditions Ian calmly guided us the entire way, and with a deft hand made sure the many tasks involved were taken care of in a timely manner. At no point was the process delayed because of missing paperwork or items left undone.
