At our first meeting, Geoff coached us on how to present the house. We followed his advice and we are sure this helped make the sale. Also at our first meeting, we discussed a selling price. He had detailed knowledge of the market and he was able to recommend a selling price, higher than what we expected. We ended up getting $10k more without even listing the house. (He knew that one of the agents in his company had a potential buyer for our house. They loved it and bought it.) Geoff called us at closing to congratulate us. It was great service from beginning to end.
My wife and I made several trips to the Prescott area just getting familiar with the area. On one of our visits we happened to be staying in a hotel across the street from the Hyland/Schneider real estate office and decided to go in and get some information about some homes. We met LJ, he sat down with us and he went above and beyond answering our questions and giving us useful information. He Kept us up to date on all the the housing market along with available property while we sold our existing home. We came to Prescott and LJ had it set up to view many homes. He seamed to know exactly what we were looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us through out the process of making offers on a couple of different homes. LJ ended up helping us with offer on the house we ended up buying, Staying until 9:00 PM to ensure we got the offer in in time. Because we were out of state and couldn't just be there for the whole process LJ handled everything and communicated with us by video chat. This was a stressful time for us but with LJ's Help and knowledge it made the transaction smooth. Even after our escrow closed LJ had kept in touch and continues to be available to assist us in any way. I would defiantly Recommend Hyland/ Schneider and especially LJ Romney if you are looking for a realtor in Prescott
