I am in awe of Ronnie, I have dealt with many realtors in the past and have never had any come close to his professionalism. I always felt like I was the only person he had to deal with but I know from the number of his closings that he was dealing with numerous people daily. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about the local listings but he also understands the laws and contracts that a buyer is involved with. I had the move from hell, coming from another state and having problems with my loan approval. I was in a panic with no place to live and trying to find a lender. Not only did Ronnie find me a place to rent on a weekly basis (Almost unheard of in this area.) but he also knew several lenders that I could work with. The whole thing was very stressful but Ronnie always had a way of making the stress go away. In the end, everything worked out and I am in a home I love.He solved many of my problems while I was in the buying process. Now that I'm moved in, he has helped find me lawn and maintenance people. Ronnie was at least one step ahead of the progress at each turn. Always had solutions before there were even any problems. He made sure we were prepared in time for each checkpoint in order to close in 29 days.
Ronnie was MOST instrumental in helping me complete a 1031 exchange in a timely manner. He immediately identified a few multi-family properties within the parameters I requested in Prescott. In fact, I was under contract within 3 days of the closing on my sale and made sure to extend the length of time of the inspection period so that I had time to fly into town from Montana and take a look in person. Well it was just what I needed and we continued the transaction. I then looked in other areas of the country to purchase, but was unsuccessful. So I called him back and said I need to buy more to satisfy my exchange. Once again, he identified a few properties for me instantly. This time I couldn't fly in and Ronnie went the extra mile to video the interior and exterior of the single family house in Prescott Valley. I really felt he was looking at the house as if he, himself, were the buyer. Then he negotiated an amazing deal!In fact, in both transactions I found Ronnie excellent in presenting my offer in such a way that they quickly accepted. I was truly amazed each time. I had expected to do more haggling!Ronnie, was always on top of every question, concern and continues to be.I knew Ronnie socially when we both lived in the same city, but had never worked with him before. Ronnie made what could be a traumatic experience a very pleasurable event. His upbeat personality, knowledge and professionalism are only some of the characteristics that everybody looking to either purchase or sell real estate should be looking for. There were minor issues with the home inspection. Ronnie had given thought to remedies prior to contacting me and brought forth solutions that were acceptable to me the seller, and the buyer. My not residing in the area, Ronnie was able to direct me to various business people and allowed me to make decisions on who I thought might resolve the minor home issues. My home sale being a VA loan also had minor complications and Ronnie suggested several options which were well thought out which simplified the transaction. I would highly recommend Ronnie Debenedetta to anyone either looking to sell or purchase a home in AZ.
