Leslie was great. She provided excellent advice while listening to our needs and expectations. She lined up fix-it and cleanup work, aligned an easy to work with title agency, assisted the buyers with coordinating the physical inspections and appraisal, and aided communications between us as sellers and the buyers, everything on schedule. Oh, and did I mention both we (the sellers) and the buyers were remote? Selling this house was hassle-free with Leslie's help.
Leslie is a total gem. From the first phone conversation to the close of escrow and beyond, she is like a close friend. She's knowledgeable, kind, she listens, she knows the area, she asks the right questions, she's the whole package. You don't have to wait forever to hear back from her, she's very responsive. She treated us as if we were one of her multi-million-dollar clients! I can't say enough about Leslie. We won't use any other agent in the future.

Leslie is wonderful to work with before, during and after buying property. We were moving states and had limited knowledge of Prescott but Leslie was able to figure out what we wanted and find us gems to tour. She was patient, kind and generous with her time and knowledge. We made trips to tour houses and when we couldn’t she did video tours for us. It felt like we were in the house as she walked us through and talked about views, lighting, space and neighborhood. Even going back to check size and access. We were totally confident buying from a distance with Leslie taking care of everything along the way.
