Purchasing my first home was one of the most exciting and honestly one of the most terrifying decisions I’ve ever made. I spent a lot of time researching realtors because I knew how important it was to choose the right one. Looking back now, I can truly say luck was on my side when I found Nicole.Last year the market felt incredibly discouraging. Everywhere I turned people were talking about multiple offers, bidding wars, and homes selling far over asking price. It felt overwhelming at times.
