Nick was incredible throughout the entire process. I purchased my house with Nick back in 2019. Since then, he has checked in with me year after year asking if I need anything from him. I have contacted him multiple times every year asking random questions about the market and he has never failed to pick up the phone and answer all of my questions. When it was time for me to sell, choosing Nick as my agent was not even a question. He listed my home for sale at a perfect price. Within 2 days, we had multiple offers and accepted an offer for over asking at a price I never expected. His experience is unmatched. I did not lift a finger throughout the process. I am beyond impressed and happy with the service I received. This man will be my agent forever.

The experience was outstanding. Nick Jaafar was very diligent in scheduling a weekend Open House right off the bat. He was always available whenever I had any questions or needed to be updated as far as number of showings whether they were his or other realtors. Also, Nick was very thorough in explaining the selling process; especially when it came to staging the house for sale. I would highly recommend Nick Jaafar because of his professional and proficient expertise in the real estate market.
