Michael is the man to go to if you are looking to sell real estate in the Dearborn area. He is honest, down to earth, responsive and is always on top of things. I couldn't believe how hands on Michael is and he took charge of the whole deal from the beginning to the end. We owned a duplex in Westland which was not in the best of condition. I was impressed with Michael's expertise on how to handle the sale and consequently, we were able to set realistic expectations for a fast closing. Michael mentioned once he takes over, we will not be communicating with the tenants as he will coordinate all showings. That was a huge relief as I was planning to go through tedious coordination with tenants regarding prospective showings. Michael is a man of his word and he executed the sale exactly like how he explained it. I have closed on several properties and I don't think I have ever been through a closing that was as seamless and smooth as this one. Any items that came up were handled professionally and swifty. Michael has restored my faith that there are good agents out there and I highly recommend Michael to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the Dearborn / Detroit area!
