Excellent communication skills, rapid response. This was our 8th sale, best experience of all 8 sales. Very personable, provided excellent assistance.Very factual responses, no BS, as it should be. Sale and close occurred prior, during and after Hurricane INA. Denise was there for us every step of the way, during a very difficult time. Recommended how to find a new moving company after one cancelled on very short notice. Worked really well with a 2 day window. The best of the best !

Coming from CT, we were new to the Fort Myers area. We met Denise and she immediately began working hard for us. We had more specific needs than most people...my mother in law was moving in with us and we needed a particular space for her. In addition, we wanted to buy in a specific neighborhood with a specific price. Denise was right on point, gathering all available properties for showings.Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian hit many of us in Southwest Florida. Our closing was scheduled 4 days after the storm, and it came to an abrupt halt as our title company was destroyed.Even though Denise was surely facing her own adversity with the storm, she continued to be our point of contact and kept us updated hourly with new information. Overall, we feel very lucky to have worked with Denise. We wouldn't use any other realtor. Her dedication and commitment to not only finding us a home, but securing the sale, was nothing short of OUTSTANDING! Thank you so much, Denise!!

100% recommend Denise! We were looking for beachfront investment condo in Fort Myers Beach. She did her due diligence and found many. She looked into each HOA, management companies, checked on rate of return, negotiated and won just what we wanted! Denise has her own rentals, so she knows what to look for and what to not.
