We tried in early 2022 to sell our home with a different agent, without success, so we rented it out from mid-2022 to early 2025. Briefly tested the market with the firm who was managing the rental for us in mid 2024, again with no real success. We then found the DeLeon team. They were fantastic on every level. Beautiful staging, pro-active marketing in multiple geographies, well choreographed open houses. Went from listing on March 26 to offer accepted on April 30 to a closed transaction May 28. We were not in California for this entire period as we had moved, and they handled everything seamlessly. Michael, CEO, was personally involved in every step of the way including negotiating with the ultimate Buyer. Ken actively worked with potential buyers to build interest. On every level it was not only professional, it was a delight to work with them. Honest discussions around market dynamics (note that the public markets fell and rose over 3000 points during the period the house was marketed, the DeLeon team were not shaken in the least and kept us sane), clarity for us around each stage in the process, and of course, a positive result. Cannot recommend them more highly. Absolutely the best firm in the Bay Area, bar none.

We highly recommend the Deleon buying team, especially our agent Tim. Tim was very knowledgable, kind, generous, patient, and willing to work with our needs and requirements in a highly competitive market. The Deleon teams local knowledge and instincts really guided this process to a very smooth finish - the support was excellent from the beginning to the end. The entire buying team (Steve, Andrew) were very quick to move when needed, and having financial/legal support in addition to Tim as the primary agent really helped smoothen other parts of the process.We couldn't be happier with Tim's professionalism and the entire Deleon experience. We would highly recommend them any day.

Never responded to my inquiry • Palo Alto, CA • 2020

I have called them 4 times in 4 consecutive days. The first time, they told me that Ann would call me back. I received no call from her. The 2nd time I called, which was the next day, they told me that Audrey Sun would call me back. I received no call from her. The 3rd time I called, which was the next day, they told me that Gene Wilkins would call me back. I received no call from Gene, so, the next day, I called a 4th time. They told me that someone else would call me back, but I did not even write that name down because I do not believe anybody from that company will call me back.I told them I am a homeowner looking to sell. Obviously, they don't want my business. Having said that, I think they should be more professional and honest regarding their call-backs.

It has been great working with Mike and his team! Mike and his team have managed the sale of one of our properties. The planning and sales strategy program began early as we sorted out the best strategy, timing, an necessary improvements to market our valuable property. There was one amazing day when over half a dozen contractors showed up and went through the property end to end. They provided, within 48 hours, quotations for all recommended work and design. All of this coordinated by DeLeon's legal team, interior decorators and contractor supervisors. I was stunned by how well all of this worked (as promised). Any problems, even a plumbing emergency, and they just take care of it. All of this is just done for you. I can tell you this is absolutely a unique process. I've never experience this level of service in any real estate transaction. Mike and his team managed renovation, adjustments and everything possible to present the property in the best possible way. Right down to new lighting fixtures, refinished floors, paint, repair - they figure it all out and get it done. The capabilities of their staff and the team they bring to focus on the preparation and marketing of your property is outstanding. I am personally convinced that this is a new and better way to manage the real estate sales process. In the final analysis, this benefits both the buyer and the seller. The seller benefits from reaching for the best fair price likely in the current market by presenting a property in peak condition. So much that requires detailed strategy, design and logistics is just handled seamlessly for you. Otherwise it would just not get done. Respectfully submitted, even great real estate agents are not necessarily great interior decorators let alone good at managing contractors. I believe that from the buyer's perspective, and their agent's perspective, that it benefits them to know that a house prep'd by Mike Repka and his team prior to listing will be an attractive property. It won't waste anyone's time. So, I'm pleased to recommend Mike Repka and the rest of the DeLeon team for delivering an outstanding experience.
