Working with David Weinstein to sell our home in Boca Pointe was an excellent decision. He had true knowledge of the Boca Pointe / West Boca area. From pricing the home correctly to great exposure via social media and more, we had multiple offers the first week. David worked dillegently to get us the best price in which we were most satisfied. David was recommended to us as a great person to list our home with. The high point for me was getting a realtor who had a keen sense of the market and a wide reach of buyers. I had past experiences where the agent gave me an unrealistic value and my home sat on the market with no offers - David nailed the value immediately. We had an offer at just under full ask within days. I believe I got full value and the buyer got a good home at a fair price. I am confident it was David's pricing, marketing, and expertise that made this a very good and fast sale.

David is the consummate professional realtor. When selling the residence we listed, the buyer, and his representatives, were very hard negotiators. He was able to finesse the deal without us acquiescing to some unreasonable demands. David is a great communicator, and I highly recommend him for either buying or selling.

When I first decided to list my home, I searched online for the best local realtor. I met with one who came prepared with flashy sales materials, a polished presentation, and big promises about securing the highest price. They even showed off their portfolio of rental properties during a video call. While the reviews I found were decent, it became clear they didn’t give much personalized attention to their clients.That’s when I came across David. From the start, he was down-to-earth, honest, and straightforward. He knows the neighborhood inside and out, having sold over 200 homes in the community. His years of experience really showed, and I appreciated working with him one-on-one rather than being passed around within a big team.In my opinion, David truly is the best. He sold my house quickly, handled everything with professionalism, and delivered exactly what the property was worth. I couldn’t be more grateful for the outstanding job he did. We found David from a for sale sign on our street, We called David and throughly vetted him with a million questions and our concerns with hiring a realtor. Well, David sold our home in 4 days and he found the interested buyer. He kept us abreast daily, with persons interested in our home. We got the price we were seeking and very happy as to how smooth everything went. The communication with David and his company was excellent and the process was handled professionally.
