David is far and away one of the best Realtors we've ever worked with and we've worked with many over the years. He is very kind and patient. He does not rush his buyers or make them feel they better hurry up and choose something soon or else you're wasting his time. He becomes a friend in the process, one who you know you can trust and rely on. HIs follow-up is excellent and his ability to problem solve is superb. Our transaction did not go smoothly for reasons related to other parties, but David and the Legacy team found a way to get things back on track so that we could successfully complete our purchase. We couldn't be happier.
