Clint was wonderful!! He helped my parents, who are older and ill, sell their home in one week and above asking. He was very attentive and patient. He made the process as painless as possible. He even helped my Dad assemble his wheelchair when it arrived at their house during one of their meetings!! I highly recommend:)

At 23 years old, I bought my first home. I can not begin to explain how incredible my first home buying experience was. Without the help and guidance from Clint Burghdorf and everyone at Berkshire Hathaway home services here in Marshall, I don’t think this dream would have ever come true for me. Without Clint I don’t think I would have made it through the home buying process. In all honesty, I am so honored to have had Clint as my realtor. I had no idea where to start. But the entire time Clint kept me updated on the process, the next steps that were going to be taken, made signing documents a breeze, and always answered any of my questions or concerns. Here is an example of how helpful, patient, and truly awesome Clint was to me while I bought my house. I was so unfamiliar to the home buying process and was doing it all on my own. I really didn’t know what I was doing or what was expected of me. That being said; when I had set up my home inspection, for some reason in my mind I thought Clint was supposed to be there with me. So sent him a message saying “where are you?” He informed me that a home inspection is somthing you normally do between just you and the inspector. I was still extremely nervous, and now a little embarrassed at myself. But with zero hesitation Clint drove over and stayed through the inspection with me. The inspection service I chose from Clint’s recommendations did such an amazing job, my family also used them for a home inspection weeks later when they bought a house. Needless to say I had an amazing first homebuying experience with Clint and the Berkshire Hathaway home services. I couldn’t be more thankful. I have recommended Clint to all my friends, Coworkers and family. In the future if I ever decide to sell my house I will be using Clint Burghdor. Clint is an outstanding real estate agent! He sold our house quickly, got $10,000 more than the asking price, and treated us with the utmost respect and personalized service. He was a pleasure to work with. There were many logistical things he dealt with so we did not have to. He responded quickly whenever we reached out to him. Clint was great to work with. He was professional, courteous and patient with my family and I going through a sale and a purchase. We were able to sell our home within 24 hours of listing it. We took his advice on a fair market value for our home in order for it to sell quickly and it did. He also worked with us diligently on any potential issues with buying an older home far beyond the scope of what I was expecting. Clint made buying and selling a home as seamless a process as can be. I would recommend working with Clint if you have the opportunity.
