I don't normally write reviews, but I absolutely have to let others about my experience working with Char to find a rental property. It's amazing the wealth of knowledge in real estate that Char possesses, but that lucky for her clients, she shares that knowledge with us so that we can make informed decisions in order to buy the best home for us at the best price. She is also an amazing advocate for her clients to ensure we are treated fairly throughout the home buying/selling process. I look forward to partnering with Char again in the near future. Char took care of selling my home, then when the time came to purchase another home; I used her services to locate and purchase my current home..Char knows her stuff!..very diligent about getting you what you want, location, style of home; keeping you in your price range, etc.. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home to give Char a call, professional to a "T" with a sense of humor and a little sass to boot!..

Char was an absolute rock star throughout our home buying experience! She made the process easy and less stressful. Char was always there to answer questions for us and definitely showed how great she is at her job with the house we are currently moving into. Her negotiation skills are off the charts! Char Nikolai is the real estate agent you need to be working with if you are selling or buying a home. We did both - Char got the job done for us where larger real estate companies could not, and the result was significantly better for us financially. She offered a better commission rate and worked harder to get us multiple sound offers for the sale of our home, and led us through every step of the process to safeguard our interests. She is deeply knowledgeable and provided us with good counsel and timely advice. Char never stopped working for us - we know from having our calls answered late at night and early in the morning - and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She strikes the perfect balance between being tremendously likable yet professionally vigilant in closing the deal and making sure that the clients she is working for (us, we sold and bought) are informed and protected. Bottom line - if you care about the best results in selling or buying your home, and are also looking to work with someone that will care about you and is just a genuinely good person, you need to talk to Char Nikolai.

My husband and I were selling our home on Zillow by ourselves which was a super scary experience! We managed to market our home well enough to attract a great couple that was working with Char and because of Char's professionalism, transparency and proactive and friendly approach, we hired her to handle the closing process and paperwork. We could not have asked for a more trusted partner who was fair and open with both parties every step of the way. She made our experience absolutely stress-free, which is all anyone could ever ask for during such a potentially stressful time. Our closing was so simple, quick and painless all thanks to Char! I know Char through our oldest sons, who graduated from high school together and then went to the same college. I figured that even though we didn't know each other well, that gave us a connection that I could trust. Char was really responsive to what I wanted in a home- both price-wise as well as features. I don't remember how many times we went out looking at homes but once I found the house I wanted, we went to work to make it happen. I've been in my house almost two weeks. Now that I'm settled in, I love this little house more than ever! Thanks, Char for making the process run smoothly. Should I need another home, I will definitely call her again.
