We have had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Heiring from RE/MAX Elite twice. She did an outstanding job selling our house in 2021. She provided money saving advice on exactly what to update to have the house appeal to the largest pool of buyers. Without her guidance, we would have spent a considerable amount more than we did. Jennifer helped us purchase our home in Pleasant Prairie. We were new to the region, and she helped us get to know the area. She was extremely knowledgeable about the housing market in the area and was very helpful in advising us on the value of homes relative to their asking price. As first time homebuyers in the Kenosha area, we were totally new to the process and looking for someone who knew the market and was able to guide us through a homebuying process from start to finish. Jennifer was the perfect person to assist us. Right away, she was extremely friendly and relatable which helps when you're touring multiple homes and seeing the same person over and over again. She was able to find properties that we may be interested in and was flexible around our schedules. Jennifer Is the best in the business when it comes to selling your house. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. She gave me sound advice on my house and she kept me informed throughout the entire process. She is a true expert in her field and you would be crazy to have anyone else represent you. She not only sold our house but helped find our new dream home within a month. Her knowledge of the local market is unsurpassed. She helped us navigate both sales during the height of COVID and didn't miss a beat. Guided us thru the process, responded to any of my queries within a couple of hours or so, and really shined with the negotiation as we were competing with at least three other offers for the same property.Her record of sales and longevity in the market speak for itself. My husband and I were starting the process of looking for our first home in February 2020 and Jennifer was the perfect fit for us. We didn’t know too much about how the whole process worked but she made it easy for us to navigate. Jennifer is both highly knowledgeable and very personable. I have bought 2 homes and sold another using her as my agent, and she has serviced me incredibly well each time. She is very in-tune with the market, is a shrewd negotiator, gives great input, is extremely responsive/timely with communication, handles details big and small, and has a wealthy of experience to draw from.When I was in the process of selling my home and a buyer's financing fell through, she was able to get the deal over the finish line by helping the buyer work through their financing options.
