My wife and I sold our home through Felicia and her team. Everything about the process was clear, concise, extremely detailed and productive. The listing process was managed by Hannah. She answered all of our questions, made a few recommendations to help increase the value of our home, had a professional photographer take photos and drone videos. WOW! The listing was spectacular! I talked with Felicia a few times. She was very insightful and helpful. Kayla, a team member, kept us informed at every step of the process. We received two offers within one week, both were $25,000 more than the asking price. Felicia's team helped us finalize the offer. We closed yesterday!! Can’t recommend this amazing team enough! We were looking for more space before we welcomed our second baby and they made selling our home and finding a new home so enjoyable and easy. We never felt rushed or pressured and just felt taken care of throughout the entire process. We are in love with our new home and moved in right before baby was born!
