Selling my house wasn’t exactly smooth. We were in and out of escrow a few times due to buyer issues, but Cathy never wavered.When things fell apart, she regrouped. When issues came up, she handled them. She stayed calm, optimistic, and solution-focused the entire time. Most importantly, she didn’t quit on me.Because of her persistence and hustle, we ultimately closed. I’m incredibly thankful to have had her representing me. Cathy is a true professional. She helped our father sell his home and helped him with several aspects of his move. She is kind, an excellent listener, and a caring sales person. Because of her long history in Vallejo, she has all sorts of connections and local knowledge which she gladly shared to help our father move out of his home of decades. As someone who hates moving, let alone selling a house, the process loomed as quite daunting. However, Cathy was sensitive to all my concerns and was very reassuring about the prospects for a positive experience. Her reassurance was well-founded as the house sold remarkably quickly; and for more than the listing price--and without contingincies for cash!! Cathy Rojas proved invaluable as we moved through the process of selling our rental, complicated by the fact that we live out of the area where the property is located. The house needed various repairs, yard maintenance, touch-up interior painting, junk removal and major cleaning (not only deep housecleaning but cleaning of the floor tile, carpet, windows, and gutters). In addition, we chose to stage the home and do both a pest and house inspection. All this had to be done before the property could be photographed and listed. We were on a tight schedule yet could not be present to hire, manage, and supervise all the professionals involved to complete the multitude of tasks, which felt overwhelming at the time. Cathy took over everything from Day 1 and in her extremely capable hands, with her impressive network, our property was ready to list within a few weeks. She kept us updated via text and e-mail during the entire process, always prompt about answering any questions we had. She’s a wonderful communicator, very organized and efficient, and we always felt we were in good (no, great) hands. The house looked beautiful when it went on the market (not just due to the work that was done, but also the extraordinary job of her photographer) and best of all, we closed escrow two months later. We cannot recommend Cathy highly enough. She’s truly a consummate professional, and we were very fortunate to have found her (via an internet search) to handle the sale of our home.
