Highly professional, knows her stuff, quality and kind compassion. Stacy was highly recommended to me. I've never been in a home buy or sale situation. Didn't know what to expect, but trusted my source, my sister. Throughout the process Stacy took the time to answer all my concerns. She has a wonderful pool of quality resources that helped to upgrade the mobile home my mom left us when she died. Stacy made reasonable suggestions to make the home my mom had made for herself really shine and attract buyers in a timely manner when many would have thought it would sit on the market awhile. She helped us feel that the work mom put into her living space really mattered and dignified moms memory in my opinion.I will be grateful to use her services any time it becomes necessary.

Stacey was the best real estate agent we have worked with. From start to finish Stacey was with us the whole way. Stacey is very dedicated to her clients and she is great at what she does. Stacey advocates for her clients. We had an offer on our home within 24 hours of Stacey posting the house, she makes your home shine and makes the process so much easier while having a family. Stacey even got us our dream home. Buying and selling a home is very stressful but I couldn’t think of a better person in our corner who made this a less stressful process.

I have purchased and sold several properties with other agents; Stacy brings an extraordinary level of professionalism and excellence that exceeds the norm. I have worked with her during both a sale and a purchase. She and her team, including Sarah and Keerat, handled the sale of my family home during a contentious divorce. The support, kindness, and expertise they each demonstrated was a tremendous blessing and included assistance with securing services such as movers, painters, and repair services, so that I did not have to manage everything on my own. More recently, Stacy and her team represented me during the purchase of my dream home. The process went perfectly. Stacy's expertise in every part of the contractual process is phenomenal. She is incredibly ethical and on more than one occasion, I witnessed her navigate tricky inspection/repair negotiations with my best interests front and center. I trust her implicitly. I cannot say enough good things about Stacy! I needed to list my mom's house for sale and given that I live an hour away, I was sure the process would be inevitably challenging. But, she told me she was up to the task, and she exceeded all expectations! She took over the process of arranging for miscellaneous improvements we wanted to make before listing the home, and everything was done quickly, efficiently, and looks beautiful! Her communication was flawless, her market insight was thoughtful and well-reasoned, and her execution is outstanding. Honestly, I was just blown away. I would absolutely, 1,000%, recommend Stacy if you're in need of an agent!
