Tom and his team were truly exceptional through the buying process and I would recommend them to everyone. Prior to getting in touch with Tom, I had reached out to other seemingly high rated realtors in the area who were either slow to respond or told me things like "use zillow to look at properties and send us what you like so we can arrange a showing", which seemed unacceptable to me. From the initial sit down, going over my preferences, and ultimately closing on my house, I felt taken care of every step of the way and the communication was exceptional.My house purchase process itself was also not easy. I was constantly traveling for work and was trying to navigate through what seemed to be a difficult and neverending VA loan assumption process (which I was told was one of the longest they have ever experienced). Tom and his team always followed up with updates, checked in on the process, and helped navigate through some seemingly nasty and at times what I would consider to be blatant unprofessionalism from the seller's side to make sure I was able to get the house I was set on. Tom also has a wealth of knowledge of local services/resources that helped me save time and money. Truly a pleasure to work with!

I had no concept of how tosell my house. I called Tom and Shawnee and they met with me the next day and we proceeded immediately. Their knowledge and resources are bar none. They answered questions honestly and thoroughly. They assisted or provided very reasonably priced resources to help move, remove large items and to do any repair work in preparation to market the house. Tom and Shawnee’s team are A+. Everyone is totally competent and attentive. Despite a soft housing market, Tom and Shawnee sold my house in less than a month of my initial meeting with them. I can summarize them as easy to get along with, professional, efficient and honest.

Tom Rapisarda acted as a Buyers agent for us this time. He previously helped Sell two homes for us. Our confidence in him is well founded. Three times he has done a great job. Within a short period of time he got a good feel for what we were looking for and he was able to show us a home that met all our needs. Tom's guidance on floor plans that met our needs, walking through the contractors inspection report item by item, providing a referral for a lender and service people that have helped with repairs and maintenance. All aspects were very helpful in getting through this process. He has a great team that also helped when needed. Would I hire Tom again. Absolutely.
