Gilbert and his team delivered professionally, with skill, experience and excellent communication and care with my family in selling our home. They set a solid house preparation plan, helped efficiently line up tradespeople to landscape, paint and do carpentry based on our interest in maximizing the value and attractiveness of our home for potential buyers. Gilbert is super nice, skilled and patient, while being assertive, realistic and strategic. Whole team is technologically savvy. Showed open houses for almost ten weekends straight, and good with closings and navigation of market dynamics. Can't recommend Gilbert enough, and our good friends had the same experience a couple years before so he is reliable on a long time scale.
