My husband and I have had the privilege of working with Bobby as first-time home buyers and we are fans for life! To say he is the ultimate professional would be an understatement. We reached out in the middle of February 2020 to start our home-buying journey, and we were signing the paperwork for our new home not more than a month later. The entire process from start to finish was effortless, all thanks to Bobby and his team. From our first point of contact to now, 9 months after we closed on our home, Bobby has been quick to respond (literally within 5 minutes in most cases), quick to help provide his professional advice and personal advice (SO helpful when you have no clue what you’re doing), has any reference you could possibly need (ie: who to call for a large mirror installation; who to call to get your hardwood floors refinished; how to think through long-term property implications when the city approaches you about needing to start a project on your property); and much, much more. Working with Bobby is truly like working with family, in the best way! You know you’re being taken care of, he has your best interest in mind, and we trust anyone he puts us in touch with. Give him a call if you’re overwhelmed with the home-buying process and don’t know where to start. Cannot say enough about Bobby! Not only was he extremely diligent in his responses, but he pulled strings to make things happen in the shortest amount of time. We called Bobby on Monday after seeing a home we loved (after just meeting Bobby a week earlier). On Tuesday, we had an offer submitted, Wednesday offer accepted, by Friday had all marketing (photos, videos, social media, etc.) completed on our existing home, by Saturday home listed on MLS and by Sunday we were under contract with our current home --- Yes, all of this was completed in one week! Truly an amazing experience that would not have been as seamless as it was without Bobby, his team and his existing and trusted relationships around Charlotte.

We were recommended Bobby by a friend who used him to buy and sell their house and had nothing but rave reviews for him. We interviewed a handful of agents, but ultimately decided on Bobby and are so glad we did. For our first meeting, Bobby set up a morning of showings so that we could talk through all the things we liked and did not like about the properties, and he could really get an idea of what we were looking for. The next few weeks consisted of Bobby sending us great potential homes in MLS, which resulted in us going to see our dream home within six hours of it hitting the market. Bobby guided us through putting in an offer, negotiating, and ultimately getting our home for less than asking price. It was a no brainer to then use him to sell our current residence - which we received multiple offers on and closed WELL above asking price! He has a huge network of contractors that we have utilized on both homes, and all have been wonderful. We believe that the staging service Bobby provided on our home to sell was key in closing so high above asking price. For someone who is in such high demand, Bobby was always accessible. We never met or communicated with anyone else from him team, it was always him, even though we know his team works very hard behind the scenes. We couldn’t recommend him enough. Thanks Bobby!

Bobby is a real estate angel. He went above and beyond for me over the past two years, guiding me through the purchase of my first home and coaching me through the process of selling it later on. I knew very little about buying a home and was unsure if was ready to make that big of an investment. I met with Bobby just to chat and he took an incredible amount of time to explain the steps and show me a range of houses to better understand my options, price ranges and what to look for. His patience is unmatched. He listened to all my quirks and hesitations about the places we toured and never once made me feel pressured to buy. But his uncanny knack for listening and attention to detail found me my dream home. A year and change later when I needed to relocate for work and decided to sell my home, I didn't fathom the idea of reaching out to anyone else. Bobby's professionalism, knowledge, service, thoroughness, humor (I could go on and on...) made that the simplest decision I've ever made. We have sold a home and purchased a condo with Bobby. He made the experience as easy as buying/selling a property can be. Bobby went over and above any realtor we have dealt with in the past. He handled repairs, staging of the house, cleaning, every last detail! We sold our home in under one week! He was spot-on with how much to list our home, he really did his homework. There was never a point in the process we felt Bobby was not looking out for our best interest. We would highly recommend Bobby if you are in the market for a real estate professional.

From a seller's perspective, he sold my former home for the highest dollar per square foot of any house in that neighborhood to date. He knows what's important to a buyer and how to make your home be viewed as the most attractive in that area and price range. His friendly and warm personality is an instant win with anyone he meets, so when he's talking with clients about this field he is a true expert in, it's an instant relationship builder. From a renter's perspective, he found a place that was cost-beneficial for me so I could save some extra funds to put a larger down payment on my next home.From a buyer's perspective, he showed me houses on the both ends of my budget and in between, always providing the benefits and possible reservations, if any, about buying in that area - from resale value, to convenience, to traffic and any other questions I asked.
