We couldn’t have had such a smooth transition without them!
There are not enough good words I can say about Betsy and Lucky Homes! We were moving from Colorado to Chesapeake and moving my parents from Florida. We had specific needs for a home that would house all of us. The home needed to be conducive to my aging parents and allow us enough space for separation when needed. Betsy is like the energizer bunny. She truly never stops and when you list your home with her, it becomes hers. She truly is that passionate about getting it sold for the best price. In the purchase of my new home, Betsy was so patient! She took the time to understand what I wanted and then make great suggestions (like, "if this is your forever home, you may want to consider a ranch home to avoid stairs") Alan is a great negotiator and runs the paperwork like a well-oiled machine! They truly are the dynamic duo!

We moved from Chesapeake in 2012 and have been renting out our house there. Finally this year we wanted to sell. Betsy Thompson was highly recommended by a Colorado realtor friend. She was amazing. Always in contact, did her best for us. We had nothing to worry about, she was always reassuring. The first sale fell through (no fault of hers) and within two days of being re-listed, we had an offer on the table and the house was sold. We'll recommend them any day.
They were very helpful, friendly and did an amazing job making a complicated process as easy as possible. I would highly recommend them. They were great with my kids and helped us immensely as first time home buyers.
