This review is for realtor Lisa Foley with whom I recently had the pleasure of working with in my efforts to purchase a condominium. My experience working with Lisa was a delight from start to finish. She is just the kind of realtor you want on your side – knowledgeable, honest, hard-working, energetic, professional, and above all, not pushy. Initially, she asked me to provide her with a list of features I required so she could tailor possible listings going forward. When such a listing did become available to my liking, Lisa informed me that she would be with me through every step of the process which gave me great piece of mind as a single, elderly woman. During the showing of the property, Lisa never made me feel rushed as we went from room to room. Afterward, she worked quickly with the Seller’s realtor to obtain complete, unambiguous answers to all my questions and concerns. The transparent negotiation phase with all parties moved quickly to the seamless paperwork phase. By evening’s end, Lisa had emailed me an electronically signable contract for the property that contained all the mutually agreed upon points and terms. As requested, she also got me in touch with an extremely thorough, yet reasonably priced, independent inspector who was willing to do the inspection the following day during Christmas week, no less. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was forced to back out of the sale the very next day. However, Lisa handled this disappointing news with ease and compassion – never once did she make me feel like the spoiler of a well-earned commission that was in her grasp if not in her pocket. In addition, she worked just as hard and efficiently to undo all that she had work so hard to do. I will definitely look Lisa up if the need arises for a realtor in the future and would not hesitate in the least to recommend her expertise and genuine help to friends and family.

Renu is awesome! Not only as a real estate agent but as a person. The time, care, and dedicaiton he provided to make sure what we wanted was amazing. We couldn’t belive how quick he always responded. If he couldn’t answer the initial call, he always immediately returned the call. He was thorough in explaining ever step of the process. He informed us about things we didn’t know to be aware of. Whenever we encountered what we thought was a problem (not on his part but indirect situations), he had an answer for us and assisted in that aspect as well. He’s respectful, professional, extremely resourceful, and a delight to be around. We have already recommended him to a business associate and will recommend him to anyone we know looking for an excellent real estate agent. Renu, thank you, thank you, and thank you. If you are involved with selling your home or interested in purchasing a new home in Oakland County, I would STRONGLY recommend that you consider Anthony Djon and his associates at Community Choice Realty Inc.During the past 18 months, we have been trying to sell our home in Oakland Township. After having no success and minimal showings for the first thirteen months, we decided to contract Community Choice Reality and Anthony Djon to “market” our home for sale. Within a couple of weeks, we had a steady flow of showings which resulted in two offers for our home. Now, what is unusual with Community Choice Reality is that Anthony and his team actually markets your home to multiple agents and sources. They actually work to sell your home. Other realtors simply list your home and HOPE that another agent picks your home to buy.During the past couple of months, we found our home on multiple sites, multiple places on the internet and heard from multiple agents that they were personally contacted by Anthony and his team regarding our home. We heard that once an agent searches for a home in our geographic area and price range, our home popped up high on their list, and they would receive a contact from Community Choice Reality to promote our home.Anthony Djon, Alexis Carmona and their team had multiple Open House that attracted potential buyers. They promoted the Open House through other agencies and social media, which resulted in many visitors during the Open House. They had more than one of their agents on site during the Open House to be able to assist in touring the home and answering questions.This was our first experience with Community Choice Reality and Anthony Djon. When and if I have other properties to buy or sell, you know that I would contact them first, AND SO SHOULD YOU.

**********The only agent I will ever hire!************************Im not new to buying and selling homes and have been involved in about a half dozen real estate transactions. Experience has taught me, a good agent can make or break a deal. Bottom line is, you want to make as much money as you can from the sale of your house. Preferably as quickly as possible. Anthony exceeded my expectations! When I called to speak with him, I felt like I was his most important client. (Truth be told my listing was the smallest one he had at the time) He is passionate about real estate; because he loves his job he puts the time in, does the marketing, contacts investors and has a team of talented people working with him.
