Valerie was excellent to work with. We are remote buyers not local to the area. She made it a very easy process from getting the offer in, resulting in an accepted offer! Once the offer was accepted she did it all. She kept us updated every day, scheduled the needed inspections of the home, septic and well systems and made sure the title checks all went well. Since the sale a month ago Valerie keeps in touch making sure we've settled in and if we need anything local to the area. I highly recommend working with Valliere and will do so again should a real estate need arise. She's an awesome resource to have on your side.
