Mary arranged for multiple visits that day, and since the house was unoccupied, she let me in many times for measurements, etc. She will stand up for you if you have an unreasonable seller to work with. Her inspector did miss a leaky faucet, but that’s not her fault. Mary is very relatable and also has a lot of good connections in the area (contractors, other agents, etc). She has a very energetic attitude, which I found refreshing. I even worked with someone else at Remax temporarily whom I did not like nearly as much.
This is the 2nd time we have called Mary for her help and basically we will never call anyone else. We love her to the fullest and are upmost grateful for her!

We made a decision to relocate from Northern CA to Southern OR and we could not have chosen a better realtor than Mary! We made two trips for house hunting and Mary made herself available for both trips... for two full days! We must have looked at 15 homes and she never showed signs of stopping. She was tuned into our "wants" for our new home not only on the physical plant of the home but distances from medical services and social events. She knew our budget and paid close attention.to it.
