She helped every step of the way. Made everything easy. She knows the area so she was able to tell use common issues she’s seen in areas. She worked around our schedules and scheduled our viewings in same areas to help save time and be able see more houses. She was very good at spotting issues in cosmetics that my wife or I missed. If we buy again we will definitely be using her again.

Kaila listened to our needs and worked with us. She is a very knowledgeable and competent realtor. She worked with us and got us our asking price and after only 40 days we had a clear offer and escrow closed 25 days later. She’s the best and would recommend her to anyone who asks.

Kaila is the best. Her communication skills are excellent. She explained everything step by step throughout the whole process. She never pressured me to buy something I didn't like and I truly felt she had my best interest in mind. She listened to what I wanted and negotiated everything for me. I cannot say enough good things about her as a person and an agent. Highly recommend!!

Kaila is exactly what you would want in a realtor. Knowledgeable in every way: her job, the area, processes, additional options and what she was unsure of she found out, honest and up front too! So easy to get a hold of and quick with responses, great with time management: especially if we looked at multiple properties in one day! She will go above and beyond to show properties and get you the info you need about the properties. We had her all over from Ashland to Wolf Creek and looked at quite a few properties over the course of 6 months and she was nothing but supportive in showing us ANYTHING. We Moved for AZ and had a few transitions with different rentals that she went above to get info to help us (that she didn't have to) and she giving us the time we needed to settle into southern OR and let us figure out the area and where we wanted to be without pushing us to look at properties she waited when we weren't ready. She is kind and considerate but also ready to take care of business ASAP. We felt comfortable talking with her sharing our concerns and likes, (she remembered everything!) even as what we wanted evolved during our search. She was like our best friend in the home search realm. Again she was there for us in all the rights ways I couldn't have imagined working with anyone else and glad we had her for this life change of ours. I can't say enough great things about working with Kaila, she is AMAZING! I will recommend to any all!

We were the most fortunate home buyers when we found Kaila. She is so professional and knowledgeable. If you are interested in a home in southern Oregon, do yourself a big favor and call her.She assisted with all our starts and stops as we tried to pin down what we really wanted in a home. We finally bought our house sight unseen and Kaila provided the guidance and judgement we needed to make the choice.If we have any questions about our new life in Grants Pass I will not hesitate to call and ask her because she encouraged us to do so and she meant it!

Kaila is the best person we’ve ever had the privilege of working with. She continually went above and beyond and always did more than we expected. Kaila was phenomenal. Kaila took us from living in Alaska to owning a new home in Oregon. Making our transition and home buying experience so much less stressful than it could have been. Kaila was professional, knowledgeable and fun to work with through the entire process. Her professional and local knowledge made searching for a home we wanted easy and fun. Kaila very easily explained to us all the little nuisances of what to expect and coached us through any bumps in the road. This has been my first real estate transaction and it was quite complicated but Kaila was exceptionally patient and persistent on getting through it, with all of its nuances. She was very prompt at responding whenever we tried to contact her. She treated the whole transaction with great care and went above and beyond in many cases. I would recommend her to anyone!
