Tyler helped us buy this property approximately 6 years ago, and he did such an excellent job, we had him come back and work with us to sell it since we were relocating out of state. He was very professional yet extremely friendly and fun. He was very well versed regarding the area and his expertise helped a stressful process be less so. We would highly recommend him to any of our family and friends.

I'm giving Tyler a 5 star rating because he was very professional. My son suggested I call Tyler, and he didn't disappoint my sisters or me. I will definitely suggest him to anyone needing a realtor. Tyler was prompt everytime we had to meet in person. If we reached out to him in between meetings he would respond very quickly.. Tyler gave us good advice and helped lead us to a successful sale. He never let us down. He was in contact with us from the moment he came to give us an estimate to the closing date of the sale. Thank you Tyler!

I am now on my 3rd deal with Tyler and the wolf pack team, I love having the whole team working for me on deals. Tyler is a realtor you can trust. He has on one more then one occasion advised me on things that would benefit me more so then him, when he could have kept it to him self. From start to finish which took a total of 16 days, Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and professional! Not only did we accept an offer three days after Tyler listed our home for sale, the offer that we accepted was more than what our initial asking price was going to be prior to meeting with Tyler and doing a walk through with him. Due to his knowledge and experience in real estate here locally he was able to recommend a higher asking price for our home as a fair value within the market. Anyone considering listing their home for sale by owner or with another realtor should at least meet with Tyler first. Lastly, he was able to navigate a difficult timeline with the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home and closing on each with patience and by negotiating and communicating with both us and the buyer to guarantee a smooth and seamless transition.
