I worked with James Lynn from Kelly Warren & Associates for buying and selling a home in the Youngstown Metro Area. James was able to help me moving from out of the area and finding the right home for me. After some showings, I was able to narrow down the target properties. James was always responsive and a great communicator. As for selling my home, we got it listed in November 2023. James worked hard to find the right buyer for me and understand my selling needs. Also being out of the area, James was able to fully help me remotely.

Andre Elliot did a wonderful job he let us pick what house we wanted to see when we wanted to see it in talking sometime 4 and 5 houses a day he took his time with the walk through explaining everything clearly he let us know what to be prepared for he walked us threw everything I highly recommend Kelly Warren Associates Estates Soutions for your forever home

Great company and great realtors! Kyleigh Finamore is a wonderful realtor and very helpful she will go out of her way to help in anyway she can!
