He was amazing the whole process. I won’t go into super detail as it’s all a little personal but he treated me more like a friend would than a cold calculated business relationship. Has actually provided ongoing documents i’ve needed well passed the endpoint of actually working with me. I could not give higher praise and highly recommend.

I have worked with Danny on multiple deals with the most recent being a land purchase in Hubbard. We have been after land for quite some time and Danny was very helpful throughout the process keeping us updated on anything that popped up the last couple years. Can’t say enough about this man... I highly recommend Danny Duvall for any of your real estate needs!!! I’m familiar with the drill. You buy a house and make it a home with your family. At some point, you choose a realtor to sell your home, hire a property manager to rent it, or try to manage things on your own. My story: I moved out of state 9+ years ago and what a stress it’s been... Until now! I was introduced to Danny in Jan2020, hoping he could help with another unexpected situation. What a blessing he is! He took care of literally everything, and the house sold in no time. To Danny: Thank you! You’re a breath of fresh air to the real estate market!!!

Danny helped us sell our house after we moved to Arizona. He made the process smooth and easy, taking care of everything for us since we weren’t local at the time of sale. He was the second realtor who listed the house for us and we had an offer within the first 5 days he had the listing. He was amazing. Responded quickly, reassuring, efficient and effective.
