I had a wonderful experience with Mercedes! She was wonderful to work with. Very friendly and professional and so responsive to any and all questions we had during the home buying process. If you were looking for a hotel and could choose between a 1 and 5 star rating, wouldn't you pick the 5 star? The same comes to working with a real estate agent, why not pick a 5 star agent if you can?? Holly Ritchie is hands down a 5 star agent!! Holly and her team (specifically Meghan Ritchie) helped me last year when I was looking for a condo. They are so good that it took them a half hour to show me one that they had just listed that morning and then I made an offer. Holly and Meghan are fast, knowledgeable, caring people who put you first and help you to find exactly what you are looking for. I look forward to with them again in the future!!!

It was my first home purchased in NE Ohio. as a first time home buyer there are many things that you may not be aware of how they work. so my advise get yourself an agent! Holly and her team did a fabulous job of communicating and explaining. There were some hiccups, which is is to be expected, when doing a transaction of this magnitude and it was at this point that I realized why Holly Ritchie and her team are experienced and successful agents. When a problem arose, Holly went out of her way to be as professional and understanding as possible. Kudos Ladies!! We are now in our new home and could not be happier! Call this team if you want results
