Zach was wonderful!!! Eager and compassionate. Those two words describe Zach for me. Willing to go above and beyond to make my wife and I feel at ease with the process of selling our home. The whole Harbin team was solicitous with our questions and concerns through the selling process. I recommend this team for anyone selling/buying a home.

Kari Melton was my agent from the Tonya Harbin team. She was great to work with! She showed me about 10 homes total and stuck with me as my first three offers didn't work out, and then helped me double back and secure the the contract.I wish we could have been able to negotiate a bit more, but Abilene is very much a seller's market. I will give Kari credit--when one seller was asking for outrageous concessions, she helped build confidence that another house would be available.I was out of town the week leading up to closing and Kari saved my butt a couple times. I knew that if anything came up, Kari would help solve the problem!
