He took the time to educate me throughout the entire process and truly looked out for my best interest. He was protective over the decisions we needed to make. Always guiding me. I can honestly say that Robbie and Alex made the home buying process one of the most enjoyable experiences of my life. They made this process such a smooth transition for our family. Our experience with Robbie Fenn was awesome from the start. We contacted several agents and she was the first one to respond. We could tell from the start that she had vast knowledge and was very easy to talk to on the phone. After hiring her we continued to have great service from her. She provides several checklists and keeps us updated on everything that we needed to do and everything that she was doing. We began working with Robbie Fenn just over 18 months ago as we visited the area for a wedding. From the very beginning Robbie was so helpful and caring as we discussed our plan to move to Destin and as she and my wife, Julie, discussed the joys and struggles of having twin boys. We knew upon that first visit that when it came time to purchase a home that we would absolutely work with Robbie. About 9 months after our initial visit we came again to look at homes and visit the school that our boys would be attending. Once again, Robbie was so helpful though we were very unsure of where and when we would purchase a home in Destin. We arrived in Destin in June of 2012 and looked at homes on and off over the next 6-7 months before we made an offer on the home that we purchased with the help of Robbie and Lisa (and Caldwell Banker) this past February. Obviously, Robbie and Lisa had their own business when we began working with them. So our connection or attraction to Caldwell Banker was simply due to our relationship with them. They have both treated us with great kindness and Julie and I have always felt that we were treated as if we were their only customers…more importantly we know that we have become friends. Robbie and Lisa have gone way above what Julie or I would have expected on more than one occasion and we are grateful for their help. Their help went well beyond finding and purchasing a home…they helped us to feel welcome and they helped us to believe we were making a good decision for our boys.I apologize for the delay in providing my feedback…I was only delayed in responding because I wanted to send a note and offer just a bit more than checking a few boxes would allow. Robbie Fenn is a true real estate professional who represents her clients in all aspects of the word, Realtor. Robbie spends a great deal of time studying the market and keeping her customers up to speed on the particulars such as days on the market, what has sold and current absorption rates. She understands that it is not just selling real estate but that there is 360 degrees in which to understand the customer, seek to meet their needs and follow through. Robbie did a fantastic job for us in helping get the right property for the absolute best price. She is extremely knowledgeable of the local area, local properties, and the true value of properties. She did not push any properties for which we did not have interest, but she also helped to steer toward ones that we were likely to have interest and avoid those that (from her experience) were not good values or had histories of problems. She was extremely repsonsive to our questions and requests for assistance. She helped negotiate a great price and made the short-sale process tolerable. I highly recommend Robbie Fenn to anyone in the Destin area looking to purchase a home. She is just the best.
