As a first time home buyer the Kimmel Group was great! They were willing to slow down the process and really take the time to not only help me find a home that suited my needs but also they made sure I understood everything that was going on. They walked me through understanding closing costs and all the extra things that no one thinks about the first time buying a home. It made me feel very secure in my decision and helped me feel as though I was informed on the process. They were also available literally any time I needed! They went out of their way to schedule me for virtual tours, as I was a distance buyer, and get me all the information in a timely manner.
