Jayson Madani is an animal. I have never worked with anyone in any field, not just real estate, who hustled as hard as Jayson. Our mountain home was tough to sell due to rising interest rates. It had been listed with another realtor and sat for six months. We were starting to lose hope and wonder if it would sell.We found Jayson and put it back on the market. Two days after listing, interest rates skyrocketed again with the war in Iran. But he had idea after idea to keep the listing front and center: live social media streams, cold calls, consistent follow-up with every lead until he had an answer. His energy never stopped. After 3 weeks, Jayson called us from his family vacation to say we had 3 offers, and that he was going to make 30 additional cold calls to solicit as many additional bids as possible. By the end, we had 7 competing offers. While we weren’t happy he was missing part of his vacation, it was a testament to Jayson’s willingness to go above and beyond for his clients. And after entering escrow, he secured 2 backup offers in-case it fell through (it didn’t, and we actually closed early). Special shoutout to his team as well, who seem to work just as hard as Jayson does.Thank you guys!!!

Jayson is truly the top agent — hardworking, dedicated, and always going the extra mile. Everyone on his team is so passionate about their job, which really shows in the results. They gave us excellent advice on how to renovate and prepare our house to sell for the top price. They were always responsive, very patient, and answered all our questions quickly and professionally.Our project manager, Sebastien, was the construction project manager who coordinated everything from start to finish. The team regularly works with many experienced professional contractors, and they helped us gather bids from several options so we could choose and even interview the right ones. From contractors to flooring and landscaping, everything was handled smoothly. Jayson and his staff were terrific to work with on the sale of our home! He has a team of professionals that were available to handle any of our questions, concerns and preparations quickly and efficiently. Jayson has a keen awareness of the local real estate market, particularly in the San Lorenzo Valley. Staging and prepping the house was easy and straightforward. Some of the logistical processes performed by the Madani team could have gone smoother with better planning and communication. There were a couple of scheduling miscommunications where we didn't know who was showing up when. All in all his team are hard working, honest and make every effort to do a good job.

I would highly recommend Jayson Madani at Room Real Estate in Felton. Jayson, Magdiel, and the entire team at Room did a great job selling my house, handling everything from cleanup, inspections, painting, marketing, and staging to closing the deal for the best price possible. I had already moved out of California, and they handled everything remotely so I did not even have to be there. And they got me $30k over asking price. Needless to say, I was blown away, especially in this difficult market with high interest rates. They may not be the cheapest realtors around, but you definitely get value for your money with them. If you are looking to sell, they will get you the best possible price for your house. Five stars!

Jayson Madani's Room Real Estate team goes way above and beyond.Jayson Madani's Room Real Estate team has repeatedly helped us so much more than we expected from any real estate broker.One expects alot from a broker, help with selling, buying, negotiating, navigating the legalities and so on. Jayson's team does all that superbly, as they are a Full Service operation. You want staging, you want marketing, you want home maintenance, insurance, finance, contractor, septic etc. ... they do all that.But beyond that, here are a few examples of how Jayson's team has gone far beyond that.After completing our first two transactions with Jayson--we were no longer in contract with them, we called Jayson because we needed some help with home maintenance and it was a busy time for contractors and workers. So, we were having trouble getting anyone to do the work ... and while we were on the phone with Jayson, before we even hung up, he had looked up the right people to contact, and the work got done pronto and nicely. That happened several times across several years. We weren't in contract with Jayson just then, but he just helped.And, then when last year's Atmospheric River of weather crashed two enormous trees on our home, and no contractor wanted to deal with an insurance company, Jayson got us a wonderful contractor (Christian Watkins), and the work got done. I can't say enough good things about Jayson and his team. I had my home listed by another realtor that I had worked with for years. After it had been on the market for over 90 days, with no offers, I started to get discouraged. I already knew Jayson because our kids go to the same school, so I called him and he immediately went to work with his team, came to my home for a meeting and presentation of his past successes, along with a plan of what needed to be done to sell my home. I even had help from his trusted contractor, who is also amazing, because I had to have a fence installed for my dog before I could move in to my new home. He left me with a confident feeling that my home would sell and there was nothing for me to worry about. His team truly had a solution to every problem.Jayson's sales approach was very different than my previous realtor's, but it worked! We relisted my house started having open houses every weekend, tons of advertising, and had multiple offers within 3 weeks! There are so many other things that I could go on about that Jayson and his team helped me with during the entire process. Financial hurdles to jump through, helping me move so he could stage the house, repairs on both my old property and my new one, his list of contacts that I'm still using, just to name a few. Jason Madani and his team are simply the best! They organized all of the the repairs to sell a probate property, in a more than difficult market in terms of interest rates, location etc. We received the best possible outcome given all the complexities and timing of such a sale. I couldn't recommend him more! He and his team handled everything with professionalism, punctuality and transparency. Jason and his team absolutely go the extra mile from initial consultation, to property prep, to sale documents and closing. He knows his stuff!

Room Real Estate was recommended to me by a friend. Jayson and Magdiel were invaluable selling our house in Boulder Creek. I chose Room Real Estate because of how prepared and knowledgeable Jayson and Magdiel are. From our first meeting they answered my questions and gave me great advice on the best way to prepare our home for market. Our property had four structures on ten acres with solar and a well. There were renters and a lot of deferred maintenance. Jayson and Magdiel had the connections with contractors to get all the work and inspections done quickly at reasonable costs. Anytime we had questions or concerns, they were available to help guide us. I wanted a short escrow because winter is near and if offers did not work out, I wanted to move on. It is incredible how hard Jayson and Magdiel worked and negotiated to keep all parties informed and the sale on track. When there were problems with inspections, they knew who to call to keep everything on schedule, even if it meant being flexible enough to try a new direction. It is a lot of work to sell a home. While Jayson was working with contractors and inspectors, Magdiel was keeping us current with all of the documentation and explaining what we were signing and why. They were both always available whenever we called. Jason and Magdiel showed up with a lot of confidence in their abilities. In my opinion they backed that up and then some. I would recommend them to anyone.
