We've used Michael Bloch three times: twice as a buyers agent and once as a sellers agent. While his style is low-key, he was always very responsive to our questions and quick to address any issues which came up along the way. All of the contractors he arranged (e.g. stager, cleaners, etc) were professional and reasonably priced. We strongly recommend his team!

Mike Bloch is an exceptional Realtor, and in fact, made my wife and I feel like we were his only clients. His communication, attention to detail, and genuine care went above and beyond our expectations. It was important for us to list our condo at a realistic price and strike a balance between a quick sale and getting the most money we could for it. Because Mike lives and works in our neighborhood, he knows the local market extremely well, and guided us confidently through every step, from pricing, to marketing, to negotiating, to closing. We really enjoyed working with Mike and his team. Mike was very responsive to all of my calls and emails and took care of all of the details quickly and efficiently. He was very approachable and talked me through every aspect of the process. We were selling from afar, so we couldn’t do any of the hands-on things that needed to be done before we sold. Mike had people who took care of everything for us. They also helped us make design decisions and upgrades which led us to selling our house for far above asking price. My family was blown away at how good the house looked based on what Mike and his team recommended. Mike went above and beyond and truly was full service. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

There are not enough words or great things I can say about working with Mike, so I’ll keep it as simple as possible. The moment we began working with Mike he was transparent, truthful, helpful, and diligent in his process to help us buy a home. He was there to show us any home we asked to see. Always on time and ready to provide details. His patience was impeccable. When we finally decided on a home, he was on it making sure we got what we were looking for and well taken care of. Mike made the process of buying our first home as least daunting as could be that I can't even say it was daunting. We would refer him to any of our family members and friends 100% of the times we are asked about a realtor.
