Jessica is an excellent realtor and we would highly recommend her. Her knowledge and experience helped us find a great home. We were first time home buyers looking for a place we loved and it took us years because we weren't in a hurry. She was patient with us and let us go at our own pace. She gave her opinion when asked but wasn't pushy, which I really appreciated. She was really knowledgeable answering all of our questions.Jessica’s skill making connections and gathering information helped us feel confident when making decisions. We went through some tough negotiations with Jessica and she put us in a great position with her advice and skill.She helped us get through a short contingency period on the house we bought to make our offer competitive. We wanted to be thorough but didn't have much time. It was super useful she had so many trusted connections of inspectors and contractors to answer all of our questions on short notice. Her inspector found a leak that was previously missed. We're now in a home we love and appreciate all of Jessica’s work getting us there.

Jessica Wallace is my idea of a perfect real estate agentWe just closed on our dream house today, all thanks to Jessica Wallace. She embodies a blend of patience and expertise with thoughtful insights and a sharp eye for detail which proved indispensable during our 6 week long house hunting journey. We are two very disparate strong personalities, neither of which saw eye to eye on any of the dozens of houses she took us to see. We had her traveling up and down the Santa Cruz and Los Gatos mountains…on scary roads not fit for goats and through gated multimillion dollar properties. Jessica is one of the most honest, helpful, and patient people I have ever worked with in real estate. After navigating multiple home sales and purchase, the experience of working with her was seamless. We dealt with a very challenging seller and encountered multiple speed bumps along the way but she was extremely helpful for all 8 weeks (yes 8 weeks!) of negotiations. If you are looking to buy or purchase a home, you absolutely want Jessica on your team. She is singular in every way!

I can't say enough nice things about Jessica. Her advice was spot on - whether it was the timing of the sale, or the preparations we needed to complete. We have used Jessica for 3 real estate transactions in the last few years. When I think of Jessica, the words calm, wise, and knowledgable come to mind. I sold a house during a very stressful time in my life, and Jessica took care of all the details of getting the house ready (including a front yard that was an absolute mess). She quickly executed a whole new landscape plan; I did not have to think about a thing. I was very impressed by the photos and video advertising she did of the house. It sold very quickly and was a completely stress free experience, which was invaluable at that time in my life. We have also purchased 2 properties with Jessica. Through these experiences I found her to be a steady guide who knows pretty much everything there is to know about real estate transactions. Every realtor I have met in Santa Cruz knows and respects her. She has a plethora of trusted people at her disposal to make any transaction a smooth one. Jessica has a suggestion or referral for any kind of inspection or trade that you could ever think of. I plan on calling Jessica for our next real estate transaction, whenever that may be. I met Jessica through a close friend/realtor from San Mateo. I currently live in El Dorado Hills. When I asked Jessica to list our condo in Santa Cruz, from start to finish, it was the easiest real estate transaction I have ever had. Even though I was unavailable due to not being local, she handled everything! Took care of all staging and any fixes needed without me present. Got me an offer within 3 days on a tough property to move. Plus over ask. I would suggest taking a chance on her! No doubt. Very very solid realtor....

Jessica is absolutely the top. When my parents passed, and we needed to sell their place, Jessica went above and beyond at every turn to help us get it to market and through the escrow process.
