Absolute best in the business!Another broker listed my home, failing to do any real work to make it ready for sale. I was uninformed on how to make my home desirable for sale, as it was my first time selling a home. I trusted that broker to guide me, and she failed miserably, having a grand total of 3 showings in 5 months on the market.I interviewed 3 brokers to re-list my house, and Suzanne and Gretchen were head and shoulders above the rest. We cannot say enough GREAT things about Suzanne and her AMAZING Team! Suzanne, Kathie, Erick, and Gretchen have been nothing but extremely helpful, and optimistic from day 1! The team is a full service team, something that we REALLY needed! They had all connections to the contractors that we needed to get our house market ready. When other realtors were not successful, Suzanne guaranteed our house would sell. Our house went on the market and we had 9 showings scheduled, AND we received an offer, over asking price, in less than 1 day! Suzanne's confidence and knowledge eased all of our worries. Powers Realty went above and beyond for our family. They navigated us through an out of state move and a long real estate transaction with ease. They make you feel important and do everything in their power to do what is best for you and your family. They are more than realtors, they have given advice with a variety of issues that go along with owning a "new" old home. I did not have a very good customer experience through Powers Realty. I listed my condo through them and the one time that Suzanne talked with me, the conversation was cut short and no return call. Not a great customer experience. Also, note that there is also an administrative fee of $495 charged above and beyond the commission rate so double check your listing contract.

I highly recommend Suzanne Powers Realty: Suzanne, Gretchen and Eric are an outstanding team. After a lengthy, costly and blundered up three-month process with a major competitor, I relisted my house in Shorewood with Suzanne. This team will not squander away your hard-earned money, nor will they unethically form unrealistic expectations as some realtors do. They are on point using modern marketing techniques that include social media and Zillow and understand the changing expectations in the current market. The house was staged well and very fast. Suzanne also has a great network of supporting roles (painters, snow cleaners, etc.), so that you do not have to waste your time trying to stage your own house. Also, outstanding communications using modern communication techniques. Suzanne and her team have a great understanding of the underlying real estate market and how to market your home in an optimal way. Suzanne and her team focused on my needs and time line and got fast results. I wish I would have not wasted three months with their competitor.

Working with Suzanne and her team has been a great experience. From the administrative transactional stuff to the negotiations and all things in between, Suzanne and her team clearly demonstrate a commitment to top-notch service delivery and to a positive outcome in the home selling and purchasing process. Suzanne helped me sell a property with unique attributes and was fully engaged despite some of the challenges that popped up. Success and hard work. That is what Suzanne and her team are all about. We first met Suzanne at an open house several years before we even needed her expertise. She made a strong impression on us at that first meeting. We immediately felt that she was a go-getter with incredible energy and drive. She stood out in the industry. We were informed sellers and buyers and she welcomed the partnership. As well, she had an amazing partner by her side with Gretchen Keating. Together, they whole-heartedly wanted to make our dreams a reality with the purchase of our new home. They know Milwaukee's north shore market so well, which was incredibly important. And they got to know us - our needs, our taste, our personalities. We believe it was because of that relationship that we were successfull. Suzanne and her team are very knowledgable and coupled with our own research, we priced our sale right and sold for just under list price within three weeks. And we purchased our new, dream home at a fair market price. But let's not kid ourselves....there were offers for other homes along the way. And a few disappointing false starts. But Suzanne and Gretchen were there every single step of the way. They acted fast and were extremely responsive on our behalf. They did not push us beyond our boundary just to make a quick sale. When something started to unravel, they fought for us and then quickly moved on because they were confident that the right opportunity would present itself. They represented us as a buyers agent for 7-9 months before we found and negotiated the right purchase for our family. They were patient and steadfast. Then when we did find the right home to purchase, they served as our selling agents as well and that is when things moved quickly. We have continued to keep up with Suzanne and her growing company and we are impressed with the great work she is doing in our community. We always recommend her and her brand because we know Powers Realty is going to be successful.
