I was looking for a fast sale and wanted to attract lots of prospective buyers for my home on a busier street. I found help from a professional and knowledgeable realtor who exceeded my expectations. Justin took a home-selling process that we were dreading and exceeded our expectations at every step. He was knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get the house sold, and what we didn't. Even in the midst of Safer At Home restrictions, he kept us informed and always advocated for us. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Personable, timely, helpful, positive, and good natured. We were with another realtor originally, and even though there were a lot of showings, the process never concluded with a sale. A couple of offers, but they fell through. Justin seems to know how to wade through the leads that don't turn into anything, and zero in on the the ones that do, thereby avoiding time wasted. So I recommend giving him a try. Don't think you'll regret it.

Justin Hoffman and his Team Hoffman from Remax were fantastic throughout the home sale process I just experienced. The bottom line - of course - is effectiveness, and Team Hoffman moved my home sale from start to finish in 6 weeks. The Team was clearly invested in a successful sale experience. To me, communication is a key component of a home sale transaction, and every question I had was answered by Team Hoffman in a prompt and professional manner. That professionalism helped me feel comfortable with the timeline and sales process. Overall, I would strongly recommend Justin and Team Hoffman.
