I highly recommend Lance with Riverwest Realty. I was buying from out of state and he made the process incredibly easy. Great communicator, knowledgable, flexible, patient, and most importantly honest (I can’t stress how crucial this is in a real estate agent). Lance is not the kind of agent who wants to push through a quick sale without the buyer’s interest in mind; he wants you to find the right property for you and then make the transaction as smooth as possible. I’m now in my forever house, but if I ever have to buy/sell again, I’m calling Lance.

Two years ago, when my husband and I first decided to move to Milwaukee, I googled “best realtors MKE.” After checking out a dozen or so of the results, we decided to reach out to Lance Wooten at Riverwest Realty. Lance met with us each time we came to town to visit, even though we were months away from actively buying. He always had time for a chat in his office or on the phone, and he responded so quickly to texts and emails (even at night or on the weekends) that I began to worry about his home life. Lance is extremely knowledgeable about the city, the surrounding suburbs, and which neighborhoods will work to suit both the needs and the budgets of his clients. Lance always told us the truth; he will not BS you to make a sale. He was upfront about what we could reasonably afford, what we shouldn’t settle for, and what to expect from the rapidly changing market.
