Roxanne went above and beyond to make this work with the time requirements I had. There was a few snags that made the process difficult because of the seller but she did her best to still keep the process smooth and quick. She also was very responsive and had great communication with me which stood out to me and was a much better experience than the last house I bought in NY with a different realtor. My husband and I cannot thank Susan enough for helping us find our home. It was challenging since we live in CT and were looking for our new home in Jacksonville. Susan is amazing at her job. She helped us before we even arrived in Jacksonville. We narrowed down some homes we wanted to visit and Susan was patient with the many questions we had. She went well above "just finding us a house." She helped us find the perfect home for us. Also, since we didn't know anyone in Jacksonville, we needed recommendations for people to help with some improvements that needed to be completed in our new home. Everyone she referred us to has been great and super helpful including the house inspector, roofing company, tree removal company and electrician. These people we worked with spoke so highly of Susan and they all did great work. Susan is incredible at her job and we still keep in contact, sometimes just to say hi and other times I reach out to her asking for information. She always responds quickly even though our business with her was completed back in March. I cannot stress enough how incredible she is at her job. I just want you to know that Mike and I both think you are incredible at what you do. You went above and beyond "just" finding us a house. We cannot thank you enough for helping us find the house that was right for us.
