Steve and Melanie were simply outstanding! From the start to finish, every step of the process with clearly explained and laid out. They worked with us to provide guidance and clearly showed us where decisions were needed to be made by ourselves. You simply couldn't ask for better realtors to work with in purchasing a home!

Steve and Melanie were amazing. They both constantly went above and beyond to make sure that every single part of our buying and selling transactions met our needs and wants. The sellers on our new home had an unexpected and unavoidable situation which Melanie gracefully held our hands through. She was in it to win it with us until the very end and did everything in her power to preserve our experience. One thing we appreciated the most about our relationship with Steve and Melanie is their top notch communication from start to finish. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Steve was truly the best realtor we could have asked for. He helped us with the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home. He handled everything efficiently before we even had time to worry about anything. He told us he would sell our home within a couple days and we had a signed contract in 4 days after the listing. He was incredibly knowledgeable and really went to bat for us through the whole process. We felt like we had a friend at our side more than we were working with a realtor. His partner Melanie is also awesome, they are a fantastic team. She was very helpful through the process and knowledgeable of every step of our transaction as a resource in addition to Steve. They were truly great and the best people to have in your corner if you are buying or selling a home.
