Emily is a reliable, strategic champion. She is the exact person you want in your corner, especially if you're buying in a tough market or for the first time. She and her team are always on, always playing smart, and always working to get you the best deal. This is now my third time working with Emily and her team, as both a seller and a buyer, and I can't imagine working with anyone else.

If you’ve found Emily and her team in your search for a realtor, consider your search over. I don’t even know where to begin describing how great it was working with Emily. From the first call, her and her team were so thoughtful and organized in setting up our home search. If we ever needed anything, they were so quick to respond. The network Emily has built from the mortgage company to the home inspectors is incredible. But most importantly, as our realtor Emily was fiercely on our side. We had possibly the most difficult sellers/ seller agent on the other side of our transaction, and not only did Emily always have our back and give great advice, but she got us through the negotiations with more than we were ever expecting. As I said, if you found yourself here, consider your search over- Emily is the one!

Emily and her team are the best! They were patient and respectful with the time it took us to find our home. We loved that when touring houses Emily was highly detailed and transparent with the quality and concerns with some of the houses we toured. They provided tons of support and recommendations for inspectors during closing. All-in-all it was a super easy and pleasant process, would 100% use Emily in the future.

We started the search for our new home in November not knowing anything! We hadn’t found a realtor yet when we first met Emily and were just reaching out to listing agents to see homes. When we reached out to see one of the homes she was selling, immediately we got great vibes from Emily and felt like we had found a realtor that would help us find our perfect home. We had friends who had also used the Fraser Team and had recommended them to us as well. We are so glad we trusted Emily and the Fraser Team to help us find our first house. Emily and her team are very available and always willing to answer any questions. Emily and The Fraser Team definitely know the Pittsburgh market well. They are so knowledgeable about all the different areas of the city and surroundings. If we wanted to see a house, she would get us in as soon as possible. We also have a crazy work schedule which her and her team helped us work around to see houses. I never felt like I was bugging Emily with questions. When we saw houses with Emily we never felt pressured into making any rash decisions. Emily’s always calm and relaxed, offering helpful insight and advice when viewing homes. We never felt like she was trying to steer us onto or away from anything. On the day we viewed the home we ultimately bought, Emily was doing everything she could to make sure our offer was in and accepted. She talked us through multiple different strategies we could use to make our offer more desirable. In the end it paid off and we closed a few days ago. We hope to not need a realtor again for a while, but when we are ready for our next home, our first call is definitely to Emily.

Emily Fraser and the Fraser Team are exceptional. Emily worked with us on the sale of our home in the suburbs, as well as the purchase of our new home in the city. Emily, Sal, and Savannah were all consistently responsive and attentive. We had previously met with two other realtors, but once we had our initial consult with Emily, the choice was clear. Emily provided us with an extensive pricing analysis and marketing plan, and she recommended that we list our house for more than the other agents had suggested. Our old home sold in a few days, over asking; shortly thereafter, we landed our new dream home in a bidding war – all due to Emily and her team’s expert advice. She and her team know the market and provide all the tools to bring successful results to their clients. Emily went above and beyond for us in both transactions – assisting us in finding contractors, answering a million questions, making last minute changes to closing locations and times, and helping us feel at ease throughout what can otherwise be a stressful process. Emily and the Fraser Team are truly the best in the business. They’re professional and also fantastic people all around.
