Sam did a great job in helping us to sell our house. Based on his market research he presented us with a price range that he felt we could get for our house. We used that information, along with our own, to set the price. Sam then helped us with some ideas to stage the house for pictures and showings. He went through every room and also helped with the presentation of the outside of the house. He was very good at keeping us informed throughout the selling process. It was great to be able to use technology to help with the signing of documents so that we didn't have to spend time trying to meet up. Overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

Sam was instrumental in not only developing a strategy for both purchasing our new home, and also selling our existing home. My wife and I had actually made a successful offer on a new home, prior to listing our existing home, so the timing of the sale and coordination of closing was crucial. Sam was able to walk us through the nuances of submitting the successful offer, and the sale of our existing house. As part of the process, Sam was able to utilize his experience and network of ancillary services, such as lending agencies, insurance agents, home and roofing maintenance contractors, coordination with regulatory agencies and municipalities.At the end of the day, we were able to purchase our new home under listing price and sell our existing home significantly higher than our asking price. I would recommend Sam if you are contemplating buying, selling or both.

We were particularly struck with Sam’s extensive knowledge of the region, his professionalism, his modern realtor methods (drone photography, auto-sign of forms), his reputation as a trusted businessman, and his attention to us as clients. If you’re looking for a realtor in the STL/Monroe County, IL, you can’t beat Sam Row.

Sam helped me sell my home while I was out of state. He had a person clean up the house from top to bottom! His assistant helped to check on the tenants move! He scheduled the excellent repairmen and repairs, kept me informed of the progress and assisted me with all the electronic paperwork which I did remotely from my Computer. He was always available when I needed something done! I will definitely have Sam Row and his Agency help me with future sells of my homes!

We can't say enough good things about Sam and his team selling our house! We have used Sam previously as a Buying and Selling Agent! When we decided to relocate our family, we gave Sam first right of refusal to be our agent. We were not disappointed one bit. We had multiple offers in under a week- above list during a shift in the market. On top of this, Sam was able to line us up with another out of town agent that was "almost" as great to work with as him. We could go on, and on, but the best advice I could give is give him a try, and see for yourself!!!
