Angela and her team have now sold two houses for me. Both were handled extremely professionally, both sold at or above asking, and both closings were extremely smooth. The marketing of the properties is second to none. Angela has a clear strategy and will carry through with it. She's transparent and honest. If something is unrealistic she will be straight with you. The second home sell was in the most difficult situations caused by a messy divorce. Despite the other sides constant interference, Angela and her team were efficient and professional at all times. I'd recommend the Kittner group to anyone looking at buying or selling a home. It will be the best decision you make.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience working with Angela. From the very beginning, the process was mishandled and left me feeling excluded and misled. Because she had represented herself as someone who has sold homes for divorcing couples in the past, I expected her to approach this situation with fairness, professionalism, and clear communication. Instead, it was the opposite.Throughout the entire transaction, there was a serious lack of transparency and follow-through. Expectations were not set or explained, communication was inconsistent, and promises made were not kept. Rather than making a difficult situation easier, her involvement only made things worse.When hiring a real estate professional, one expects honesty, accountability, and a commitment to serving all parties with integrity. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend her to anyone seeking a trustworthy, reliable agent.

I had an amazing experience selling my house with the Kittner group. I worked with Amy May, and she and the whole Kittner team were the epitome of efficiency. I was hoping to get my house sold for a reasonable price in a month, and I was worried that the outdated cabinetry might turn away potential buyers or lower the overall value of the house. She assured me this would not be a problem, and promptly proved it by selling my house in THREE DAYS for significantly MORE than the asking price in AS-IS condition!! From our first meeting (a year before I actually decided to sell the house) to closing day, Amy has been extremely professional and knowledgeable. She prepared comps that were reflective of the current market. She quoted a price that was above the price other agents quoted (and she was right!). Other agents recommended updating certain fixtures, the kitchen, and the bathrooms (which would have cost a small fortune), but Amy told me the house would sell without updates (and she was right!). When I asked her about the conflicting information other agents had given me, she took the time to explain why she made the recommendations she did, and as it turns out, she was right! The accuracy of her advice clearly reflects her extensive experience, and I feel so lucky to have worked with her. Even before the house was listed, she went out of her way to find potential buyers. It was unbelievable how quickly people started lining up to see the house immediately after it was listed. She knew exactly how to get the most offers and elicit the best offers. I was a first time home seller, and she helped me navigate every step and every complexity and made it feel easy. I was out of town working on the front lines during the entire time the house was under contract, and she always accommodated my schedule and answered my phone calls even it was at strange hours in the night/weekend. On the off chance when she couldn't answer immediately (she was in a meeting), she texted me to reassure me that she would call me right back.The Kittner team is equally outstanding - I work in a team setting every day, and I have rarely seen a team work together with such efficiency and skill. Each member on the team complements the others, and together, they create a home-selling experience that is truly extraordinary. I would recommend Amy May and the Kittner team a million times over - if I ever move back to St. Louis, I know exactly where I'm going to go when I am house-hunting!!
