Selling a home is stressful. However, with the help of the Allen Brake & his team, we had an outstanding experience from start to finish. This is the second time we used Allen. YOU CANNOT go wrong! We sold our home above listing price in January with a record two-day turnaround, and it was because of Allan and his team that the sale happened so quickly. In my 38 years in sales within the real estate industry—and after selling 10 homes—no one comes close to the level of service they provide.One key piece of advice: listen to their guidance when preparing your home for sale. Their recommendations, combined with Allen’s and his teams expertise and strategy, created the perfect formula for success.We interviewed three realtors, and Allan’s team stood out immediately. Their presentation demonstrated the most thoughtful planning and clear strategy. Even after closing, Allen and his team continued to help. Three days after the sale, they returned to the house to retrieve a mirror and a large piece of artwork we had accidentally left behind. Great experience all around. Team communicated efficiently throughout the entire process. Emily, our agent, knocked it out of the park. We had 14 offers and countless showings on my condo. Ended up getting $35,000 over asking. The Team also allows customers to use their moving truck at will, even if it’s 10 years down the road(this is at no cost to you other that replacing fuel used). This was very helpful in making our move as easy as possible. This company is fair beyond expectations and makes it feel like stealing. Will definitely recommend. Can’t thank them enough.Nick

I was impressed with Denise (Listing Specialist) and her whole team. They listen. They suggested a good way forward. They always responded quickly and with good answers. I never felt that they were condescending. All in all, the whole process was orderly, efficient, and totally satisfying. I would without any hesitation use Allen Brake again, for either buying or selling
