After interviewing a few realtors I chose Caleb and his team to represent my home for sale. The deciding factor for choosing Caleb Davis and his team was his knowledge of the neighborhood market and how this market differed from nearby communities. When asked, he provided an honest review of what needed to be updated in the home to improve salability.Before we signed a contract, he was able to connect me to a reliable contractor to complete finishing touches needed on the house to be sold and to complete inspection findings later in the process. He maintained contact during the whole process without being bothersome. Once the contract was activated everything moved fast. Professional pictures were taken and uploaded and we had multiple offers within days. After reviewing each offer, we chose the one that was the best fit. During the closing process, Caleb kept me apprised of any questions and problems. While a bit harrowing a couple of times, he provided options to address any issues that arose.I am pleased with the results that Caleb and his team brought to the table. They were professional, quick to respond, and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely contact Caleb again when it’s time to sell/buy again.

Caleb was amazing in helping me purchase my first investment property. He answered hundreds of questions of mine and helped me feel comfortable with my purchase. He was willing to help me after the deal was closed in setting up the place to be a good rental, he’s a great agent and even better person. Definitely recommend him to anyone buying their first home or investment property.

Caleb and the rest of the KW Marquee team were absolutely a dream to work with. Caleb was friendly and knowledgeable but most importantly was so easy to reach. I love how in the loop the team kept us during the mortgage process and I was never left guessing what was going to happen next. Not only did she get me an absolutely amazing deal with such a great bang for my buck. But nearly three months after closing on the house I had a little bit of water in the basement and asked about the home warranty As I couldn’t recall what exactly the closing conditions were. I sent here a few pictures and she had the builder out and fixed it up right away with no cost out of pocket. She has gone above and boyend and exceeded all of my wildest expectations for a real estate agent. A real estate agent who always has the costumer’s best interest in mind and takes customer service to a whole another level. Truly a please to work with Nida. You made home buying delightful experience!
